If you ever experience any type of slowdown while playing this game, just exit the game, close the window of your browser, open up a new one, and log back into the game.

That usually fixes the problem just about every single time. =)

It might take a few minutes for them to arrive, but you can find out what your number is while you are waiting by typing ASSIST QUEUE. Then you know how long you have to wait. =)
